The 4K HDR Projector launched at 14,999 USD from Sony: the first UHD Blue ray Player

If 4K video watching is your happiness then Sony has bring the haven of that by launching a 4k HDR Projector – the VPL – VW675ES. The projector is the first projector that operates on Hybrid – Log gamma HDR.

The price of this 4K projector is placed at an explosive range of 14,999 USD that is around 10 Lakh INR to fortify its SXRD projection technology.

The projector was talked about its launch dates at CEDIA, this year that was held from 13 – 17 September this year. The new projector from Sony, VPL – VW675ES contains a contrast proportion of 350,000:1, along a brightness factor that of 1,800 lumens.

The projector uses HDCP 2.2 to protect the content from being copied illegally. There is a bulb in it claimed by the company to last around 6,000 years, no, wait a minute- hours, 6,000 hours.

It genuinely projects ultimate HD images and videos and not just fake them.

On a CEPro quote, Marketing Manager for Sony’s products Andre Floyd quoted that, “JVC’s and Epson’s current line of “4K” projectors can never get to full UHD because they start with an HD imager (1920×1080) that has only 2 million pixels”.

He also added then, “Full 4K is 8 million pixels”

Which Sony’s new product, the 4K projector has the technology to easily play up.

There are great amount of services available on it with services like Netflix and Amazon. The New 4K projector is additionally totally comprehensive with the standard technology of definition.

Sony also introduced its Ultra Blu ray player at the same event of CEDIA 2016, the UBP-X1000ES, which provides full custom installation feature with more others.

The Blu Ray UHD Player will ship somewhere in next year around spring.

Apart from supporting the UHD videos the UHD player has a Precision HD Drive developed by Sony that maintains the consistency of performance with every other available disc format, like DVDs, Blu Ray 3D, CDs.

The technology in the UHD player can upgrade the full HD (1080) to 4K 60 p resolution.

The audio receivers available with the UHD player match up to the quality of Dolby Atmos and DTS X. although its price range is not quite clear yet!

The final countdown:

It costs around 10 lakhs INR.
The Ultra HD Blu Ray Player’s price is not announced so far.
