Lenovo set to launch its Thinnest 2-in-1 Yoga Book on Tuesday in India

Lenovo’s 2 in 1 yoga book is the thinnest laptop in the world and is now all set to launch it in India. As Lenovo sends out invites for a event on Tuesday it confirmed that the thinnest laptop will be unveiled during the event. The thinnest 2-in-1 Yoga Laptop was unveiled for the first time at IFA 2016. The laptop during the event was launched in both Android and Windows version. There are not many details about the event but it is confirmed that the laptop will be launched finally in India.

Feature Highlights of the laptop

• The Lenovo laptop was launched in both its Android and Windows version where the Android version runs on 6.0 Marshmallow and Windows version on Windows 10 Pro.

• It has a full HD display screen of 10.1 inch along with a screen resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels for better clarity.

• The laptop is powered by superior 2.4GHz Quad Core Atom X5-Z8550 processor that comes with internal memory of 4GB RAM. It has an expandable memory of 128GB in microSD card with inbuilt storage of 64GB ROM.

• It comes with a rear camera of 8-megapixel with autofocus and a fixed focus camera of 2-megapixel.

Other features of the laptop

The device has great connectivity supporting single Nano SIM and also is equipped with Dolby Atmos. It has other connectivity features which include blazing fast internet speed of 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac connectivity and is equipped with bluetooth support. The laptop runs on a battery of 8500mAh. The laptop comes with a Halo Keyboard which is full touchscreen with backlit and has no physical keys. The laptop comes with artificial intelligence software that records one’s typing and navigation habits. The laptop also comes with real pen like accessory.

The laptop is light in weight weighing only 690 grams and being the thinnest laptop it has a thickness of 9.6 mm. It is a hybrid laptop with great features and will be convenient for carrying as well. The laptop was launched this year in IFA 2016. The Android version of the laptop is priced at EUR 499 (around Rs 37,300) and Windows version of the laptop is priced at around EUR 599 (Roughly around Rs 44,700). It is yet to be ascertained whether both the version will be launched in Indian market.
