Rumoured, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 price Tipped

After Xiaomi Mi 4s, Xiaomi Redmi 3, Xiaomi Redmi Note3 and Xiaomi Mi5, Xiaomi is rumored to be coming out with Mi Note 2. As per trade circles, this mobile phone may have a curved display as was seen in the Galaxy Edge series. The company is in competition with Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 5 and Huawei Mate 8.

As per latest rum ours an update to the Mi Note series is in the pipeline.

According to trade circles Xiaomi is coming out with two versions of this phone. One is Xiaomi Mi Note 2 ,which is a normal version phone and the other one is Mi Note 2 Pro.

Looking at the two models the normal one will be equipped with a Snapdragon 820 processor, RAM will be 4 GB and 32 GB, of internal memory, in line with what we saw in Mi5 and LG G5. One feature which could be common between the two is that they could have the same display size, that is 5.7 inches. The resolution is 2560by 1440 pixels and pixel density of 515 pixels per square inch. The built in battery is of 3600mAh.

Both the versions will have a 16MP rear camera and the front camera at 5 MP. The rear camera will have a Sony image sensor (IM*295) and an optical image stabilizer.

In the pro version is the technology to be looked forward to. Xiaomi mobiles is supposedly giving a cutting edge to the Pro by adding a higher version of Snapdragon calling it Snapdragon 823, this will be a 64 bit quad core processor. Besides having a faster processor, the Pro will carry more memory. Another plus point is 6GB of RAM and an internal memory of 256GB. With such arsenal this phone could give Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and LG G5 a big competition.

Another feature is that the Mi Note 2 could micro SD card slot for increasing memory. It is expected to have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The operating system is Android 6.0 Marshmallow The price will start at about rupees 11999.

Another speculation is that Mi Note 2 will be launched in three versions, standard, High and Top end.

The Standard model may come with a single camera sensor at the back and a HI Fi Chip.

The High version will have dual cameras at the back, again with a Hi Fi chip and a super quick charge feature, now what that means is got to be seen.

The Top End version will come with a curved screen display, a Hi Fi chip and a super quick charge feature.
