Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro May Come With Power of Snapdragon 821 SoC

After the successful launch of its previous Smart Phones such as Mi Max, Redmi 3S, Mi 5, Redmi Note 3, Xiaomi Mi 4, Xiaomi Mi 4i, Redmi 2 Prime etc, Xiaomi is now all set to launch a new Smart Phone with the Power of Snapdragon 821 SoC.  The new Smart Phone from Xiaomi will be dubbed as “Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro”. Notable things about Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro are that it is the first Smart Phone from Xiaomi which will support Snapdragon 821 SoC and it may come along with 4 GB & 6 GB RAM Models. There are leaks which suggest that the Smart Phone will be launched in July or August.

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro (The Successor of Mi Note Pro) will have a 5.5 Inches Wide Full HD (1080p) Amoled Type Display Screen with 500 Nit Brightness and 3700 mAh Long Lasting Battery Quick Charge 3.0 to allow the Smart Phone a long run. The Smart Phone will have a 12 MP Rear Camera with f/2.0 Aperture, 4 Axis OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). The Smart Phone will also have NFC Connectivity and 4G Network Support.

The biggest highlights of The Smart Phone are it may get the power of recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC Chipset, Three Variants according to RAM & Built-in Storage (4 GB RAM with 64 GB Internal Storage, 6 GB RAM with 64 GB Internal Storage & 6 GB RAM with 128 GB Internal Storage). The Smart Phone may also have the Ultrasonic Finger Print Scanner on the front just as the Mi 5 Smart Phone. This feature will allow the user to access the phone bio-metrically.

These all are leaks only and Xiaomi has not announced anything officially about the new Smart Phone. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 may be available at CNY 2499 (Rs 25000) for 4 GB RAM with 32 GB Storage Model, CNY 2999 (Rs 30000) for the 6 GB RAM with 64 GB Storage and CNY 3499 (Rs 35000) for the 6 GB RAM with 128 GB Storage Model.

Along with these leaks, A New Xiaomi Device with “Altun” Code Name is listed on Geekbench. Twitter user Krispi reported this listing and claimed that single core tests scored 980 & multi-core tests scored 4076.

Now seeing all these leaks and rumors Xiaomi lovers should wait for the official announcement from Xiaomi to experience the first Snapdragon 821 SoC enabled Smart Phone “Mi Note 2 Pro” from Xiaomi.
