Android support for Chromebook Pixel in 2015 with release of Stable Chrome OS

In the latest technological forum there have been news about the rolling out of stable Chrome OS 53 and the news was confirmed with Google releasing out the latest Chrome OS 53. This release pitched Android app support with Chrome OS and currently Android support has been launched with two laptops. Two Android based laptop with Beta version of Google Play was introduced – Acer Chromebook R11 and Asus Chromebook Flip. With all this last week the most awaited Android support for Chromebook Pixel (2015) has been attained through release of stable Chrome OS.
New Chrome OS launch:
The new Chrome OS stable channel with version number 53.0.2785.129 was launched last week and with this launch the support was provided for Acer laptops and Asus laptops. The same chrome OS version has been also updated in Chromebook Pixel bringing the goodness of Google play beta support. It is the third laptop after the two laptops of Acer and Asus to have been equipped with Chrome OS support. The news about the Android update went viral after Reddit shared a screenshot of Android app support and Google play beta access on forum.
Exclusive highlights of the update:
• The upgrade chrome OS was launched for two laptops from Acer and Asus last week but the third one is added with support for Chromebook Pixel.
• Chrome OS 53W was launched last week with Android support that gives access to Google Playstore and the apps.
• Currently it is available for three laptops and further information is yet to be released on next laptop update.
• The three laptops are the initial laptops covered with Android apps support in beta channel but in default mode Google Play is disabled that requires manually activation via Chrome Settings.

Google has been progressively developing its OS with better upgrades and support and it is quite evident with the support for Dev Channel of Chrome OS in June followed by august launch of Beta Channel. Last week it launched its latest stable channel. The latest Stable Chrome OS is updated for three laptops and is much more secured and convenient then its previous launches. It helps in fixing bugs, updating security measures and enhances multiple features via a update of kernel version. As of now Google has not given any leads or plans about any other updates of Google app support in other Chrome OS laptops eligible for the update.
