Faith of Samsung Note 7 in Dilemna, Samsung yet to decide

Korean technology Giant Samsung is one of the renowned electronics brand but the fallout of latest Samsung Note 7 has raised alarmingly speculations amongst users. Undoubtedly it is the largest manufacturers of smartphones but with the failure of its latest launch and reports of exploding battery of its flagship Samsung Note 7 the acceptance of the phone is jeopardised. Samsung has currently shipped handsets in 10 countries worth 2.5 million and states the explosion as a result of charging faulty battery. Samsung is yet to release any updates about availability of enough replacement. The faulty handsets have hit the market value of the South Korean technology giant and currently the company is sending mixed signal on faith of Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung Spokesperson said that are working with CPSC and carrier partners to find a solution for the issue and to issue a recall to understand the number of replacement units required. Samsung has warned all the owners of Samsung Note 3 to avoid charging their phones in airplanes and also ensured about replacement phones in US and Canada after the investigation by safety regulars in wrapped up. The decision is still standstill and mixed signals are sent throughout that stalled import of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 to other countries.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is designed with utmost cutting edge technology and mind blowing design but the faulty battery saga has dipped the market. Samsung advised downloading of software patch that kept the battery charge below 60% and was suggested as one of the ways to reduce explosion cases. However it is better to switch off the phones rather than experimenting with software patches to nullify danger. The future of the phone still lurks at cost of uncertainty.
