Gionee to unveil its Gionee S9 and S9T on November 15th with dual rear camera

Gionee is one of the promising companies for smartphones and is all set to unveil its latest Gionee S9 and Gionee S9T on 15th November. This week the smartphones were also found on Chinese Certification site TENAA and on Thursday it was officially announced by Gionee that the phone will be launched on November 15th. There have been lot of leaks and speculation about the upcoming phone but the phone is a little different is outlook and feature in comparison to the leaked images.
Major highlights and Outlook
The phone is yet to be launched and there is lot of leaks about it. It is expected to sport dual camera set-up with 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel rear camera sensors and on making a comparison to the previously launched Gionee S8 it is one of the major changes. As per the leaked images from Gionee S9 the rear cameras are places vertically in the middle below the top antenna line and the smiling logo of Gionee is placed just below the rear camera. The top and bottom of the back of the phone is expected to show some horizontal antennae lines and is different from the loop metal design.
Feature highlights
• Gionee 9 is expected to have display screen of 5.5 inch full HD with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 that offers great clarity along with the 2.5 D curved glass on top.
• It is to be powered by 1.8GHz Octa core processor while the Gionee S9T is to be clocked at 2GHz for more superior performance.
• Gionee S9 is expected to have an internal memory of 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM with expandable memory of 128GB in microSD.
• Both the Gionee phones may have a 13 -megapixel front camera with dual rear camera set-up. The Gionee S9 is rumoured to have a battery capacity of 3000mAh for longer talktime.
Conclusion
Most of the features between both to be launched phones are expected to be similar with only slight changes. Gionee S8 has pressure sensitive touch technology which is same as 3D Touch but it is not yet confirmed if these smartphones will also have the same technology. Both the phones are to be launched in silver, gold and black colour variants but as of now nothing about their price and cost is revealed by Gionee.
