HTC launched its latest HTC Desire 650 with 13-megapixel rear camera

HTC has focused essentially not only in manufacturing feature rich phones but also took care of style and the body outlook. HTC launched the very stylish and bold HTC Desire 650 in Taiwan which also happens to be HTC’s home. The phone is now listed post the launch in the official HTC site of Taiwan. As per reports the phone will be available for sale in the market by December but yet there is no official word by HTC.
Feature Highlights of the phone
• It is powered by the efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon processor but the specification regarding the chipset used is not yet revealed. The phone is to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow inclusive of HTC Sense Skin.
• The phone is to boast of TFT LCD display with a display screen size of 5 inch in HD along with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It also offers a pixel density of 294 ppi.
• The phone is packed with an internal storage of 2GB RAM along with an inbuilt memory of 16GB ROM that is expandable by up to 2TB in microSD card.
• The phone is expected to have a rear camera of 13-megapixel with camera features like LED flash, BSI sensor, auto-self timer etc. Along with that it is also to have a front facing camera of 5 megapixel with BSI sensor, f/1.8 aperture, auto self timer etc.
Other features and connectivity
The HTC phone is most probably to support LTE Cat 4 speed for downloading with speed limit of around 150 Mbps and also limits upload speed of up to 50 Mbps. It is backed with a battery support of 2200mAh that HTC claims to give talktime of 17 hours along with standby time of 672 hours. The phone is light in weight weighing only 140 grams with support for Nano SIM but has single slot. The phone also comes with BoomSound based earphones.
Conclusion
The phone has been only launched in Taiwan as of now and there is no information on when and where it will be launched next. The phone is expected to be available for sale by December and although the price details are not yet given as per Focus Taiwan, the launch price is tagged at TWD 5,490 (roughly Rs 12,000). The phone is designed with acute precision and flaunts is double back style where one half is plain rubber and other half of the back has engraved design. The double back style is to give better grip and add the aesthetic look.
