LG V20 available in India from 1st December, 2016 at price of Rs 54,999 in India

LG V20 is one of the most awaited phone that runs exclusively on Android 7.0 Nougat Out of the box and now its availability in India from Thursday onwards in expected finally. As tipped by a Mumbai based retailer the phone will be available for sale in India from Thursday at a price of Rs 54,999 and phone has a MRP of Rs 60,000. The phone can be purchased from offline retail from December 1st Onwards. There is however no official announcement by LG on the availability of the phone in Indian Markets. According to reports the phone will can be purchased with buy back scheme and early buyers are also entitled with Bang & Olufen headset.

Feature Highlights of the phone

• The phone is powered by Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box which is one of its biggest selling point and runs on two core clocked at 2.15GHz and two at 1.6GHz Quad core Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor.

• It is to be backed with a IPS Quantum display along with secondary display and has a screen size of 5.7 inch with screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

• The LG Mobile has a dual rear camera set-up of 16 megapixel lens angled at 75 degree and 8 –megapixel lens angled at 135 degree. It has a front camera of 5 megapixel angled at 120 degree.

• The phone is packed with a internal memory of 4GB RAM along with a storage of 32GB and 64GB variants that can be expanded in microSD card by 256GB.

The phone is packed with a battery of 3200mAh and has a USB Type-C port for better connectivity. LG is updated with the latest Android OS and has many other functions added to the phone that includes Google In Apps search function that enables users to find content from in-built apps like emails, text messages, photos etc and also from user installed apps. It has many incredible features like multi-window mode that gives you the privilege to run two apps simultaneously. It has unmatched connectivity with 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.

Conclusion

LG V20 was launched in the month of September for first time in San Francisco and since then there have been lot of speculation about its launch in India. The phone was expected to be launched at price of Rs 49,990 in India with the schedule launch in November but due to delay in dates and decline of Indian Economy it is to be made available at a higher price. The phone will be launched in Titan, silver and Pink colours as of now.
