Limited Edition Vivo V5 Plus IPL to Be launched ahead of IPL on Tuesday

IPL is one of the biggest games in India and as the cricket fever rises, Vivo is all set to launch its latest Vivo V5 Plus IPL limited edition. The big game starts from 5th April and the new model marking the event will be launched in Hyderabad a day ahead of official launch and start of IPL 2017. The specifications of the phone are likely to be the same as of the previous models but a major change in the outer design is expected. The price of the limited edition phone is yet to be announced and will be announced only during the event.

Features of the phone

• The phone is to be powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow and will run on the superior 2.0 GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 625 SoC processor.

• It sports a dual rear camera of 20-megapixel camera along with f/2.0 aperture and Sony IMX376 ½.78 inch sensor and 5P lens systems and 16 megapixel with LED flash. Along with that it has a front camera of 8-megapixel.

• The phone has a full HD display screen of 5.5 inch and screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels for better image quality.

• It has an in built memory of 4GB RAM along with an internal storage of 64GB ROM and it cannot be further expanded.

The Vivo phone has great connectivity and is majorly a selfie focused dual SIM phone. The phone has FunTouch OS 3.0 The phone comes with great connectivity and offers 4G LTE internet for uninterrupted connectivity. The phone is compatible with Wi-Fi, has bluetooth for instant data share and has GPS connectivity for location search. The phone has a battery support of 3055mAh for long lasting use.

The limited edition Vivo Plus IPL version will be launched a day ahead of the starting of IPL match and the price will be announced only during the launch event. The specification will be similar to Vivo Plus that was launched in January in India at a price of Rs 27,980. The phone is now available for purchase in both online and offline retailers in February.
