Samsung, the Korean Tech Giant is a Leader in Indian Smart Phone Market and Samsung India will have all its focus on new product launch with amazing quality and innovations to retain the leadership in the market. Samsung has said that the company will focus on all segments of Phones with different price points and value proposition as well as the firm will provide more innovative products at affordable cost. At the launch of Galaxy J2 (2016) and Galaxy J Max devices in Kolkata, Manu Sharma (Vice President Products Marketing, Samsung) Said that in lower price points, sensitivity of price increases, while in premium parts price points are more flexible.

“If compared with January 2015’s market share of Samsung (35%), now Samsung’s market share, in terms of value is 48.3% and this share is increased by launch of new innovative products”, Said Manu Sharma. In 4G Enabled Device Market, Samsung’s market share is above 60%. the firm has 2nd biggest Research and Development Labs in Noida & Bengaluru.

Samsung J2 (2016) : Samsung’s new Smart Phone J2 will have “Smart Glow” feature. “Smart Glow” feature is basically a replacement to ordinary Notification LED. Smart Glow will be an illuminated ring around the camera lens. Smart Glow is not only replacement to notification LED but it will have some more effects. Smart Glow will light up when ever any notification pop ups. Smart Glow may assist users to take selfies with the Rear Camera of Smart Phone.
