New Samsung Devices “Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017)” Launched in India

On Monday, Samsung launched the Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017) Smartphones in India. Samsung has had launched these Smartphones in Russia ahead of CES 2017 for the first time. Both Smartphones has various similarities (Screen Size, Body Dimensions, Design and Battery Power are different). The devices have various improvements over their predecessors. Specifications of Both The Samsung Smartphones :

Both devices have various similar specs. The devices have “enhanced” Cameras than their predecessors with low light optimization and simplified camera UX with Food Mode. Both have an IP68 Rating (Against Dust and Water). These Smartphones have 32 GB Internal Storage (Expandable up to 256 GB via Micro-SD Card) along with 3 GB RAM. Both have Fingerprint Scanner (at Home Button). Both these new Samsung devices have USB Type-C Port, 3.5 mm Audio Jack, an Always on Display, Samsung Pay Support, Samsung Cloud, Secure Folder and run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Operating System. Powered by 1.9 GHz Octa Core SoC, Both Devices have 16 megapixel Rear Camera along with 16 megapixel Front Camera. Other Features of the devices are 4G & VoLTE Support, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Barometer, Magnetometer, Proximity Sensor, Wifi, Bluetooth and NFC. Both these new Samsung Smartphones will be available in two color variants (Black Sky & Gold Sand) in India.

Galaxy A5 (2017) has a 5.2 Inch Full HD Super AMOLED Display Screen With 1080 x 1920 Pixels Resolution while Galaxy A7 (2017) has a 5.7 Inch Full HD Super AMOLED Display Screen With 1080 x 1920 Pixels Resolution. A5 (2017) has 3000 mAh Battery and A7 (2017) has 3600 mAh Battery. Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) has 146.1 x 71.4 x 7.9 mm Dimensions while Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) has 156.8 x 77.6 x 7.9 mm Dimensions.

Price and Availability of These New Samsung Smartphones :

The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) Smartphone will be available at at Rs 28990 and the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) Smartphone will be available at Rs 33490. Both the devices will go on sale from March 15 in India. Pre-booking of the devices has started via “Samsung E-Store” and Offline Retailers.
