OnePlus 2, the high-end Smartphone powered by OnePlus is revived with new OS along with both QuadRooter patch and the security patch of August. OnePlus 2 which was launched in 2015 August housed a number of ultra-modern specs and features and this time, the parental company has brought up a significant advancement to its Operating System by enlivening it with the latest OxygenOS 3.1.0. The update also claims to fix the bugs of QuadRooter issue which is a set of four vulnerabilities that influences Android Smartphones based on Qualcomm chipsets. This issue has come to the forefront by the Check Point research group a month ago, and now OnePlus with its new upgrade version claims to fix the problems.

As per the published reports about this serious concern of malicious attack, a hacker or goon can easily take any of these four vulnerabilities to steal sensitive data from the mobile of a user by using malevolent apps. If any of the four vulnerabilities is abused, an attacker can trigger benefit accelerations with the end goal of picking up root access to a gadget. However, now with the new upgraded version of OS and fixed QuadRooter issue, OnePlus argues for bringing up total security to its users.

Lastly, the company in its official forum has clarified that the roll out of the new update will be incremental and soon will be prompted to the devices for the upgrade. In the present market, the cost of OnePlus 2 is tagged with Rs. 20,999.
