OnePlus 5 Seen Chinese Regulation Site

A new OnePlus Smartphone is seen on a Chinese Radio Regulation Authority Site and this device is expected to be called “OnePlus 5” Smartphone. The news came from “AndroidPure” (which spotted the device first at the Chinese Regulation Site). The device has a name “A5000” attached with it which further suggests that the device will be launched as the “OnePlus 5” Smartphone. The reason behind this expectation is that “A3000” was launched as OnePlus 3, “A3010” as OnePlus 3T. All about the news is detailed here in the following sections.

OnePlus 5 Smartphone is expected to pack a Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with an 8 GB RAM. The Device may feature a 5.5-inch 2K Display Screen with 1080 x 2048 Pixels Resolution. The Smartphone may pack 256 GB Internal Storage. On the optics front, it is expected that the device will have a 23 megapixel Camera (with OIS and Flash) at Back along with a 16 megapixel Camera at Front. Earlier news said that OnePlus 5 may support a Dual Edge Display Screen along with Hardware Navigation Keys. OnePlus 5 will be just 7 mm thin which is a bit slimmer than its predecessor. It is also expected that the Smartphone will have a Fingerprint Scanner at the Back Panel. There is no news about the Availability, Price or Launch of the new OnePlus 5 Smartphone thus we all will have to wait for the official statement of the firm to know more about the device “A5000”. Till now there is no official statement from OnePlus about the news that the firm is skipping the number “4” (OnePlus 4) and will launch OnePlus 5 after the “3” and “3T” Smartphones.
