Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be launched in the Second Half of 2017

In January, DJ Koh (Mobile Chief of Samsung) confirmed the news that Samsung will launch the successor to Samsung Galaxy Note 7 (Launched in Last Year). Now the firm has released the First Quarter Financial Report which also indicates that the firm will launch Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Smartphone sometime in the Second Half of 2017. All these reports have put an end to the expectations that Samsung is going to end the “Note” Series. More about Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is detailed in the following text.

Samsung’s First Quarter Financial Report :

Samsung has announced firm’s first quarter financial report on Thursday. The firm has also announced that Samsung will launch a new Flagship Smartphone in the Second Half of 2017. Notably the second half of year suits Samsung’s Note Series Smartphones launch as Samsung Note 5 was launched in August 2015 and Samsung Note 7 was launched in August 2016.

This announcement from Samsung shows that the firm is now not rushing to launch its upcoming Galaxy Note 8 Smartphone and it may launch the device as its previous time frame (may be in August 2017). Usually Samsung announces its Note Series Smartphones before Apple’s iPhones but Samsung makes the Smartphones available much later in the year. Galaxy Note 7’s release has also thought the firm that Flagship Samsung 4G Smartphones should be made available after proper check no matter how much time it takes (Some Samsung Note 7 Smartphones with faulty batteries were passed through to user’s hand).

Earlier there was news that Samsung may rollout (drop) the Note Series Smartphones after the Galaxy Note 7 but this statement from DJ Koh (Mobile Chief of Samsung) and the Financial Report from the Company itself shows that Samsung is not quitting Note Series and the firm will launch its next flagship Samsung Smartphone “Samsung Galaxy Note 8” in Second Half of the Year.
