Samsung Galaxy S8 Smartphone went on sale in South Korea Friday and the new devices (S8 and S8+) have received over one million pre-orders in South Korea which is good news for Samsung. Samsung has faced a bad time due to Corruption Scandal and the withdrawal of Galaxy Note 7 with the reason of exploding batteries. The good reviews of S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ has raised Samsung’s Shares by 2.5% on Friday which added almost $7 Billion (Around Rs 45,245 Crores) to the firm’s market capitalization. Both Devices have 12 megapixel ‘Dual Pixel’ Rear Camera & 8 megapixel Front Camera. At the launch time of S8 and S8+, Samsung said that its a new era of Smartphone design. Lee Seung-Woo from IBK Investment Securities said that market reactions to the release of the S8 & S8+ devices are positive. He also said that Samsung may break the record of its S7 Series Smartphone sales (48.5 Million Units Sales). IHS Markit said that the new devices from Samsung show that the firm is very keen to regain the customer confidence so that it can retain its leadership in the Smartphone market.
