Snapdragon 625 SoC to power Xiaomi Mi 5C, Reports say Mi6 to be powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC

Xiaomi to an extent now see worldwide presence because the phones are not only affordable but integrated with rich features. Xiaomi Mi 5C is expected to be launched this month and is a cheaper variant of Xiaomi Mi 5. As per rumours the phone is to be launched before MWC 2017 and information about the phone has been leaked number of times. As per fresh leaks and information, the phone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 625 SoC processor. Also, to add to the rumours there are also information about the Mi6 phone to be powered by Snapdragon 835 processor.

Feature expectation by the phones

The information has been leaked during several occasion and as per a report that was given in GizChina, the Xiaomi Mi 5C is expected to be powered by 14nm Snapdragon 625 processor. Along with that it might be packed with internal memory of 3GB RAM along with internal storage of 64GB ROM. The phone is expected to sport rear camera of 12-megapixel along with front camera of 8-megapixel. The phone is expected to have a battery of 3200mAh capacity and support MIUI8 out of box. Also, the phone is to have support fast charging support with 5V/2A power adapter. The Xiaomi phone may sport full HD display of 5.5 inch of display screen with 2.5D curved glass protection.

Leaks majorly about the processor

This time the rumours and leaks are majorly about processor that is to back the Xiaomi Mi 5C and Mi 6 phones. The Xiaomi Mi 6 phone is also expected to be launched in March or April and was expected to run on the latest Snapdragon 835 SoC processor. But according to fresh leaks and reports, the phone is expected to be launched with Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at lower version. As per information by GizChina it is expected to be clocked to 1.8GHz . The clocking of lower processor is in order to increase the performance of the battery.
