Specification of Lenovo Miix 520 leaked, might pose competition to Microsoft Surface Pro 4

On 27th October the Surface line-up tablet from Microsoft was launched but with the leaked specification and image of Miix 520 by Lenovo, it calls for a tough competition with 2-in-1 offering. Lenovo is expected to soon bring Miix range and as per reports some of the details of the new Miix 520 to be unveiled in coming time is doing the rounds of internet revealing its look and display design.

Expected Changes in comparison to Miix 510

It was last year during the IFA event when Lenovo launched its Miix 510 that flaunt its full HD 12.2 inch display screen coupled with 8GB RAM along with 1TB SSD. It is now reported by WinFuture that the new Miix 520 might sport a full HD display screen of 12.3 inch and is powered by Intel Kaby Lake Processor with an internal memory of 16GB RAM. The tablet is expected to provide a clear resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and is protected by Gorilla Glass making it resistant to scratch.

Other features of the Tablet

The Lenovo tablet is expected to have a longer battery life and claimed by the company that it offers around 10 hours of battery in one single charge. The device is integrated with fingerprint scanner for advanced security and to have a great audio system it is backed by Dolby Advanced Audio certification. The internal expandable storage of 1TB is one massive feature. The tablet is to sport a dual rear camera set-up of 8-megapixel and 2 –megapixel along with a front camera of 5-megapixel which supports augmented reality applications. It is expected to have strong connectivity features that include Wi-Fi connect, LTE high speed internet, Bluetooth support and backed by two Type – C USB ports. The tablet is also thought to have Windows Hello integrated.

There are many speculation about the upcoming Tablet and many leaks have surface the internet. As per the leaked images doing the rounds of the internet it looks similar to Miix 510 that was launched before. The tablet may include optional keyboard along with Watch Band Hinge and to support handwriting inputs, it may have a stylus. The leaks cannot confirm yet anything about the tablet as there is no official announcement or information provided by the company so far.
