Super Wi-Fi with Ps4 Slim and PS4 Neo!

Although Sony has not confirmed the news of a PS4 Slim yet but that mere technicality has not even bothered to stop some of those Slim PS4s coming into existence.

And one of those console’s owner says that the device supports the 5GHz Wi-Fi.

The Manuals from the PS4 Slim reads “The frequencies used by the wireless networking feature of this product are the 2.4GHz/5GHz ranges,” as posted in Twitter by one shortman82.

“And for those asking. Yes the slim has B/G/N/AC wifi,” he said in another tweet.

This is one nerdy news for those super gaming freaks who prefer to go with a Wi-Fi connection instead of the conventional, wired connection that gives a better display performance over the regular 2.4 GHz band we saw in the original PS4.

What this also indicates is that we can expect the PS4 Neo having a 5 GHz band as well as Sony sees it to be better specked to the existing PS4s.

“PS4 is PS4, new high-end PS4 is still PS4 so you know the life-cycle is not going to be shorter,” Company head Yoshida told the press.

The FCC filings revealed that Sony was developing something that many assumed was some new PS Vita which now we know was PS4 Slims.

Past week we witnessed some images of the Ps4 Slim the console supports an all matte finishing, that has the power and eject buttons at left while still maintaining the usual rhombus figure the sharp edges however are now rounded.

The rubber grips and the optical out ports are nowhere to be found here in PS4 Slims which says that some headsets and some other audio gears will possibly not fit with PS4 Slim.

But the PS4 Slims will be available at a 500GB capacity! Keeping the new age games’ sizes that capacity is sorta low, the model number it had was CUH-2016A.

Sony has at last announced its event on September 7 for all and every speculation related to its new releases, and quite perhaps the PS4 Slim shall make and entrance there.

The long rumored event of Sony shall also release the upgrade to mid cycle range of the PS4 that is titled PS4 Neo, that even is due on September 7 at 3 pm ET in New York which in Indian times mean on September 8 at 12.30 am.
