The participation of Samsung in MWC 2017 is now. As per reports and information, this year Samsung is to launch its brand new tablet Galaxy Tab S3 on 26th February. Along with that it is also to unveil its flagship phone Galaxy S8 during an event to be held on 29th March. However, although the later will not be launched during MWC 2017 event but a one-minute teaser video of the phone is tipped to shown at MWC 2017.
Leaked information about the phone
There is lot of buzz about the phones already and with so many leaks a lot is expected of its specifications. The photos of Galaxy S8 are leaked across several times and accordingly a lot is known about the appearance and specification of the phone. It is rumoured to be available in two size variants of 5.8 inch and 6.2 inch and both the variants is expected to sport dual edge curve display. The phone is mostly probably going to have the fingerprint scanner on the back panel and the home button will be removed from the phone. One exclusive addition to the phone is Samsung’s Bixby Assistant that co-ordinates and works well with all the apps.
Features & Specifications of the phone
The Samsung phone is expected to run on the powerful Snapdragon 835 SoC processor. In terms of memory it is expected to have an inbuilt memory of 4GB or 6GB RAM along with internal storage of 64GB. A 128GB ROM version is also expected as per leaks. As per reports the Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to sport a battery of 3250mAh and Galaxy S8 Plus is to sport a battery of 3750mAh. The Plus variant of the phone is also expected to see dual camera set-up. As of now, there is no more leaks about the phones but a one minute teaser will give us insight of some other specifications.
Conclusion
The phones are expected to be launched on 29th March and its availability can be expected by 21st April. However, this is not yet officially declared and informed by Samsung.
