The Phablet was launched at Rs 14999 and Xiaomi will soon launch a higher spec variant at Rs 19999. As the sale has begun now thus this Phablet is available at all retail partners of Xiaomi.
Xiaomi Mi Max is a Phablet with 6.44 inch wide Display Screen with full HD 1080 x 1920 Pixels Resolution Support and 342 ppi Pixel Density. It’s the largest Smart Phone which Xiaomi has launched in the market. The Phablet has metallic body with stylish design and comes in Dark Grey, Gold & Silver Color Variants. Mi Max has a Finger Print Scanner located at the rear panel. This Phablet can be seen as an improved version of Redmi Note 3 with 6.44-inch display and 4850 mAh Long Lasting Battery. The Phablet has 173.1 x 88.3 x 7.5 mm dimension & 203 grams weight.
The Phablet was launched in 3 variants earlier in China, First 3GB RAM, 32GB Built-in Storage, Powered by 1.8 GHz Hexa Core Snapdragon 650, Second 3GB RAM, 64GB Built-in Storage, Powered by 1.8 GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 652 and Third 4GB RAM, 128GB Built-in Storage, Powered by Snapdragon 652 but in India the Company has launched only 3GB RAM, 32GB Built-in Storage, Powered by 1.8 GHz Hexa Core Snapdragon 650 Processor at Rs 14999 yet. All other features are common in all these 3 variants.
The Phablet runs Android OS and Supports Expandable Internal Storage up to 256 GB via a microSD Memory Card. The Phablet features 16 MP Primary Camera with f/2.0 Aperture, PDAF & Dual LED Flash. The selfi lovers can enjoy clicking high quality selfies as the Phablet has 5 MP Secondary Camera with 85 degree wide angle view and f/2.0 Aperture too. Phablet supports Dual SIM which supports 2G, 3G, 4G (with VoLTE) networks and It features a hybrid type SIM tray. The Phablet sports infrared emitter that makes to work like universal remote control for various home appliances.
