After a hoard of teasers and leaks, suggesting the launch, specifications, dimension, features, and design of Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone – the Mi 5c, finally some reliable sources have possibly confirmed the launch of the handset in some time of February. A fresh report, published on the website of China’s Quality Certification (3C) center have almost verified the debut of Xiaomi Mi 5c for a new week in February, reawakening a new hope among consumers. With the model number ‘MAE136’, the handset is leaked alongside some other Xiaomi handsets, containing model numbers like 2105212, 2016089, 2016101, and MBE6A5.

• The new unofficial listing has suggested the phone contain a 5V/2A power adapter, which signifies that the Xiaomi Mi 5c won’t have a fast charging facility.
• The Xiaomi smartphone is also tipped to flaunt a narrow-sized bezel-display, with the 5.5-inch full-HD screen, protected by a 2.5D curved glass on the top.
• The upcoming Mi 5c will be powered by the Xiaomi’s domestic Pinecone processor.
• In the storage part, the phone is expected to have 3GB RAM alongside 64GB of inbuilt storage.
• The rear panel of the Xiaomi Mi 5c will host a 12-megapixel camera, while the front panel will be integrated with an 8-megpaixel selfies snapper.

With a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, the phone is also pegged to have an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors.
