ZTE is all set to launch its latest phone Blade A2 Plus and has sent out invites for the same in India. The phone will be launched on 3rd February during an event and will be the first to be launched from ZTE for 2017. In the event invite the name of the phone is not mentioned but according to the teaser image, it is expected to be Blade A2 Plus. The phone was launched in China with two variants in terms of memory – 3GB & 4GB and two variants in terms of colours – Gold & Silver.
Specifications of the phone
• The phone is powered by 1.5GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6750T processor with 64-bit architecture and will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
• It sports a full HD display screen of 5.5 inch along with a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels that brings great clarity.
• The phone is packed with inbuilt memory of 3GB or 4GB RAM along with internal storage of 32GB ROM that can be expanded by up to 128GB in microSD card.
• The ZTE phone has a rear camera of 13-megapixel with features like PDAF, dual LED flash along with front camera of 8-megapixel equipped with LED flash.
Connectivity and other features
The phone has hybrid dual SIM connectivity with both slots supporting Nano SIM and has multiple connectivity features. It is backed by Bluetooth v4.0 for instant data share, GPS, compatible with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and supports 4G LTE for blazing fast internet speed. The OS is based on Mifavor 3.5 OS. One of the biggest highlight of the phone is its large battery of 4900mAh capacity.
Conclusion
ZTE launched A2 Plus previously in China last year and is expected to be launched in India during the event. As per the teaser that was posted on twitter by CMO Sachin Batra of ZTE India, only half back of the phone can be seen that unveils its square shaped camera, fingerprint scanner and flash. In another tweet, there was much information highlighting the bigger capacity of battery in the phone. The phone is launched in China with the 3GB RAM version at CNY 1499(around Rs 15,000) and 4GB RAM at CNY 1,699 (around Rs 17000) respectively. The price information about the phones to be launched in India is not yet mentioned but is expected to be near similar range.
