Acer Iconia W3-810 Tab Tablet Price List in India

The Iconia W3-810 tab is a powerful device for all those who’d like to stay productive and entertained. It is undoubtedly one of the best tablets from Acer that has managed to come with affordable devices that have high functionalities. Only limited windows software laden tablets have attracted gizmo freaks and Acer knows how to do it. Tablet devices from the company keep the user productive while travelling, working and playing. Acer never compromises on quality and has so far met the expectations of fans and followers. Tablet market is proving to be a quite tough nut to crack but Acer is not doing a bad job either.

Features and Specifications

The W3-810 features a display of 8.1 inch and 1280 x 800 pixel resolution provide sharp images.  It is big enough to browse through web pages comfortably. Content can be read easily on modern apps such as news app or web surfing in the latest version of internet explorer Settings menu and the other charms were relatively crisp and easy to read out. However, some colour issues may spring up while playing a 1080p trailer of a movie. Touchscreen display may not be as vivid as some people might expect and colours may appear dull while jumping around the screen. The portrait aspect Windows 8 tablet has some useful pre-loaded apps such as Bing News, Finance, Search and Maps. Camera, people map, stock email and Skydrive also rotate quite nicely. 

Design and Quality

It has more of the looks of a budget tablet with white plastic front, sides and faux metal silver plastic back. There is a thick black bezel and a strong plastic instead of a capacitive home button. The tablet runs on Windows 8 and is powered by 1.8 GHz Atom Z2760 CPU and 2 GB RAM. It provides a serviceable performance which is quite decent for web browsing, using Microsoft Office applications, watching movies and video chatting. Iconia is fitted with a Broadcom WLAN module supporting WLAN standards 802.11 b/g/n. There is also the Bluetooth 4.0 chip integrated within the device. Running on a windows operating system and powered by a dual core processor, this tablet is compatible with a range of apps which helps in carrying out various tasks irrespective of time and place. Verdict 

With Windows 8 running, the users of the tablet would benefit in more ways than one. It gives a good overall performance in various tasks. Although the CPU performance isn’t overwhelming, it is sufficient for the tablet applications. There is no doubt room for improvement with 32 GB not enough to storage large amount of data. Some of the possible threats could be Lenovo IdeaTab Lynx K3011 and iPad Mini. However, at a price range of approximately Rs 8,500, it is a smart buy.
