Features and Specifications

This device weighs 120g and is a dual SIM phone. The screen size is 4-inch and is of type IPS capacitive touchscreen which offers also 16M colors. The resolution of the screen is 480x800p and also supports multi-touch. The OS is Android v4.1 Jelly Beans while the processor in it is 1.2GHz Quad core. It has 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage but is further expandable up to 32GB through microSD card. The primary camera is 5MP with a flash light and other features such as autofocus, geo tagging, touch focus, face detection and it also records videos while the secondary camera is VGA. The connectivity features are Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, microUSB and GSM. The battery is 1500mAh Li-ion and the phone is available in white and black colors.

Design and Quality

The back cover is glossy plastic but it is of good quality rather than what can be seen in budget sensitive Samsung devices. This device is very sturdy and feels solid while in hand. The edges of the devices are nicely curved and this also provides nice grip to the device and the size of the device also well suits in hand. Though it has glossy back finish but still there is no issue while holding this device since it has light weight. It has chrome bezel panel all around it which is shiny and looks very elegant. It is fairly portable in the pocket. The buttons are also nice and don’t give any cheap feelings though they are plastic in built. The screen produces good quality display but due to lower in size, the videos on this screen may not be that fun.

OS and Tech

The OS is Jelly Beans which is though not very new but also is now rear form of OS. There is a UI on top of this OS which works fast which can be expected from any budget device. There has not been observed nay lags in the performance in this device. This OS is given good support from RAM and the processor.

Camera and Multimedia

The rear camera is average in its performance. The images produced by it are neither very good nor very poor in quality. Under good light, the performance of the camera is good but lacks details but the color depiction is decent. But under low light, the performance of the camera is not very appreciating as it produces noise in images. It also records videos at 720p. The front camera works only for the selfies and for little video calls as it is only VGA camera and is fixed focus so nothing much can be expected from the front camera.

Battery and Memory

The battery here is not interesting as it doesn’t provided the expected time of device use. The battery may not last for even whole day of the device use even under moderate use of it. So even for little videos and internet use, the battery gets consumed a lot which is not a good thing. RAM is decent for an affordable device while the internal storage seems little but the extension is good.

Verdict

This device definitely works for the price it has been offered at. Though it has some flaws like it has poor camera and battery life but it do has some nice features like picture in picture. At this price this is the most stable android handset available in market. The display feels little smaller while playing games or watching videos but the viewing angles of the device are decent and it has also better performance. This device is giving good competition to other brands such as Samsung Galaxy S Duo which both have almost similar specifications but the Panasonic T11 is available at much affordable price.
