Hitech Air A1 Mobile Price in India
With many low range budget phones in the market today, Hitech happens to be trying to play its part in it as well. Hitech manufactures mid-range android smartphones with multiple features built into it. It may not be the most valuable brand of smartphone in the world but it is alright for general purpose usage. The smartphone has quite a few features to showcase and is one of the more competitive brand of mobile phone manufacturers in its category as well.
Features and Specifications
The Hitech Air A1 exhibits a 4.5 inch display which is pretty good for its price. It comes pre-loaded with the excellent Android Jelly Bean Operating System. The android OS allows faster touch and quicker and easier touch operations. It is manufactured with a very nice dual core processor and is sold at a very affordable price. The camera is quite handy and is rather promising once again for its low price point. It sure has a few demerits as well with respect to its resolution and display quality and is also a little sidelined in terms of its RAM space.
Design and Quality
It is a very simple low budget smartphone with a lot to offer. The smartphone is a dual sim, entirely capacitive touch screen phone. It has 2G as well as 3G connectivity specifications. With this level of networking along with a very fast WiFi feature, this smartphone is a very good buy for its price. The smartphone allows USB connectivity, GPS support and Bluetooth functionality as well. The build quality is rather alright as it does not come with something new and is pretty much similar to other standard smartphones of its range. The Hitech Air A1 sure has a lot to offer in terms of its inbuilt capabilities such as apps and other touch features.
OS and Tech
Although not the latest of Android’s releases, it runs on Android Jelly Bean operating system (v 4.2.2) and is made compatible for smooth operation along with its extremely good dual core processor. The processor however is not the significant of all processor as it is a 1.2 GHz MTK processor. The RAM is just enough to make it function for regular UI apps and other operations smoothly as has 512 MB of RAM. The smartphone flaunts a 4.5 inch FWVGA type display which is a little on the older version side in comparison to LCD and LED type displays. The resolution is of the order 480x850 pixels.
Camera and Multimedia
The camera offered by this smartphone is very good and is arguably good for any smartphone of this price range. It supports a 5 MP primary camera which is a very good deal for the price and it has quite a good picture quality as well. The Air A1 camera is not supported with too many built in camera features and could potentially be one of its disadvantages. The front camera however offers only a 1.3 MP shot and would not be the first choice of selfie takers. The 1.3 MP is good for usage on the go. The camera allows full video recording functionality as well. The smartphone offers multiple stock media players to play audio and video. It also supports FM.
Battery and Memory
The Hitech Air A1 has a 1500 mAh battery to support all its features. The battery is not very long lasting and will potentially drain out after a day’s use. Although it could last longer based on low usage of the smartphone. However for the apps it supports along with the camera it could be difficult to resist some of the more fascinating features and so battery consumption would probably be more. The multimedia storage memory is quite extensive and offers 4 GB of inbuilt memory. It offers an expandable memory of upto 32 GB at the most. It supports micro SD type memory storage.
Pros and Cons
For Pros:
· Large internal and external storage
· Good Rear Camera
· Affordable price
For Cons:
· Low on RAM space
· Poor front camera
· Poor Build Quality
· Not the latest Android OS
· Low on resolution
Verdict
The Hitech Air A1 is certainly a good smartphone for those who don’t want to spend too much for a lot of features and are not excessive smartphone users. It is a phone that offers a lot of specifications for a budget price but since it does not have the best build quality it may cause operational issues after a brief period of usage. The smartphone however has a good processor and a genuinely nice primary camera to make every shot count. Micromax Unite 2 and Lava Iris 356 is couple of smartphone that fall on this price range and have been accepted widely. The Air A1 needs to offer a little more on the higher side of processor and build quality in order to put in cutting edge competition for the rest in its category.
