Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Mobile Price in India
Samsung is constantly struggling to provide efficient features to its latest smartphone like Apple did to its latest iPhone 6 Plus. This brand new release from Samsung has 2K screen which is larger than enough along with 805 Snapdragon processor and a huge 3220mAh battery life. These features make it an exceptional in the smartphone in market. It is more compact even having large screen and is able to handle the big screen very elegantly which is the exclusive feature of Samsung. This time it really worked.
Features and Specifications
With the largest screen ever 5.7-inch, this phone has a real giant leap in screen technology as compared to its competitors like LG G3 and Apple’s new iPhone. But in terms of the size of handset, it lies in between the two. LG is more comfortable to hold than Note4. It is powered by 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 possessor, 3GB RAM making it faster as expected. It has an OS of Android v4.4 KitKat and a 16MP front camera along with LED flash and a 3.7MP front camera making it feasible to make video calls and Skype video conferencing. It has internal storage of 32GB which can be extended to 128GB through microSD card and an exclusive battery life of 3220mAh. It offers different connectivity parameters like Wi-Fi, 3G/4G, Bluetooth and IR. Above all specifications, this is bulky phone weighing 176g.
Design and Quality
Though the phone is actually quite big to hold with single hand but the design is quite elegant. It has flatter sides along with soft faux leather back to make it very comfortable and provides easy grip. There are still few flaws with the camera but the headphone jack, the microUSB port and the metal band around all the edges of the phone makes it an attractive device. Due to its heavy 176g size, it is still a two handed set and does make one conscious of carrying this much size in pocket or hand. The front of the phone is all similar to all its previous versions but the waterproofing capability is missing here. Samsung has been successful in retaining its customers with wonderful screens, AMOLED colors and many pixels. The same is evident in this set as well. The same Adaptive Display Technology is being used in this set as was used in Galaxy Tab S range.
OS and Tech
This smartphone works on Android V4.4 KitKat along with powerful 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 processor and Adreno 420 GPU. These technology advancements make this phone an ideal for the fast apps processing, browsing internet, downloading apps and games playing etc. Android is of higher version making it feasible to handle all built-in and downloaded android apps very comfortably. It also has fingerprint scanning technology as seen in Galaxy S5 Duos.
Camera and Multimedia
The 16MP rear camera has the Optical Image Stabilization feature and is capable of shooting 4K videos. Camera performance is very good under even moderate light as it is autofocus and tries to remove the noise as well as shake from the pictures. The heavy video recording capability will easily fill the storage capacity. The front camera is of 3.7MP which is again very high than its competitors and allows for better video conferencing capability. Though the camera performance at night is still questionable but Samsung did try to manage the night effects as much as it can, hopefully the next release will be free of this flaw completely.
Battery and Memory
Galaxy Note4 has huge battery of 3220mAh and is well capable of handling longer and intensive mobile use. The battery is removable and is better and bigger than Note3. Even though claim of Samsung of providing unmatchable battery life has not been completely materialized in this phone but it is far better than others. The battery has been observed eaten up quickly when intensive camera is in use. The memory this smartphone comes with is of 32GB internal storage which is extendible to 128GB through microSD card slot available. The RAM is again powerful here of 3GB.
Pros and Cons
For pros:
· Bigger and powerful screen
· Better build than Galaxy S5 Duos
· Excellent battery life
· Improved camera performance
· Very powerful set
For cons:
· Heavy and bulky
Verdict
Samsung Galaxy Note4 is better at being big but not that good in performance as it has been expected from any smartphone. It has over packed with extra features which hardly make use of a large screen. The build and design is better than any of the previous Samsung smartphone. We have to expect much from Samsung in the battery and camera features for its coming releases. This phone is actually powerful than its competitors but lag in performance due to being overloaded with much un-necessary features and ignoring the lack of concentration on necessary ones.
