Huawei Ascend P7 comes with excellent cameras. Both the front and rear cameras are superb. It also has the 3G/4G switching capability which is very unique. The battery saving mode is a plus point. It costs upwards of 20k so it is slightly pricey. The cost justifies the outstanding features.
