LG G Vista Mobile Price in India
Among the phablet categories, the two big names are at the forefront in the market and those names are Samsung and Apple with their devices Galaxy Note series and the iPhone 6 Plus. The new invention LG G Vista comes after them in the same category both in the price and the specifications. At first glance, there seems no difference between this device and the big names as this one has also got sleek design, black in color and the perfect design along with 5.7-inch screen with thin bezel. Looks at times are deceiving. One touch is required to reveal the real difference between the specified devices and brands.
Features and Specifications
LG G Vista has got 5.7-inch screen with 1280x720p resolution and the screen is using IPS capacitive touchscreen technology providing 16M colors. The processor used here is 1.2GHz snapdragon 400 quad core. The RAM is 1.5GB while the built-in storage is 8GB which can be extended up to 32GB with the help of microSD card. The back camera is 8MP with LED flash and the laser auto focus feature along with many other like panorama, HDR, smile/face detection etc. The front camera is 1.3MP for the selfies. The phone is little on the heavy side weighing 167g and the OS running on it is Android v4.4.2 KitKat. The battery provided here is 3200mAh and the connectivity features are quite plenty like Bluetooth, GSM, GPS, Wi-Fi and microUSB.
Design and Quality
This is quite a big smartphone. The 5.7-inch large screen of it matches well with that of Galaxy Note 4 and is larger to iPhone’s 6 Plus by 0.2 inch. The dimension of the phone makes it quite adjustable in the pocket and is easy to be used by single hand. The edges of the device are rounded. It looks quite nice from rest of the mid-range devices. The screen takes most of the front space of the device having little bezels on the sides and little on bottom and top. The 3.5mm headset jack is located at the top of the screen which is delineated by a thin strip of metal besides the front facing camera. At bottom of the screen, there are no navigation keys but it is perfectly ok as the screen hardly gives any space for it. The power button and the volume rockers sit at the top rear of the device below the back camera. The speaker can be found on the bottom side towards left.
OS and Tech
The software is all almost similar to those of LG G3. The OS here is quite latest which is Android v4.4.2 KitKat and provides smooth working of the device with flexible multitasking and this can be made possible with the support of the 1.5GB RAM and the 1.2GHz processor which are quite active here and this combination can be equally found in HTC Desire 816 and Motorola Moto G.
Camera and Multimedia
The back camera is supported by Laser auto focus feature. This though is not perfect but it is not bad equally. The time it takes to focus things is almost very quick and some nice shots have been produced by it. The quality of images though is not as good as was seen in case of G3 which was having 16MP camera. Under bright light, the images feel very real and vibrant but under low light conditions, the images quality started becoming lower but the colors are equally vibrant under low light. The videos are recorded by it using 1080p resolution and the videos are full of life providing full details even under low light. The front camera works better though not very best for the selfies.
Battery and Memory
The battery is the best part of this handset. Under even heavy use, the battery doesn’t get eaten up much which is a plus point of the device. It can easily last for whole day under any sort of use without getting recharged for the whole day. The RAM is good here and it is 1.5GB while the internal storage is lesser i.e. 4GB but the extension is provided to it up to 32GB with the help of microSD card. The memory especially the internal one may suffer from users’ anger.
Pros and Cons
For pros:
· Inexpensive handset
· Bright and very vibrant display
· Good OS
· Nice RAM capacity
· Excellent battery life
For cons:
· The size of the phone may be problem for some people
· The internal memory is very limited
· Average camera
Verdict
LG G Vista is quite decent handset under mid-range device. This is also available in a very affordable rather cheap price. If big screen is what user is looking for at an affordable price, then surely this device works best for them. The touch sensitivity of the screen is little embarrassing but otherwise this is a great handset.
