The front 5MP camera works very nice for the video conferencing and gives good quality videos.

Verdict
Mid-range phones are getting very popular these days and there is a tough competition among different manufactures to launch new mid-range devices with better features and specifications. HTC is one among them. The latest phone HTC Desire 8 is an example of the company showing how much it is interested to bring better specification in mid-range smartphones. The good thing about this handset is its large screen. 5.5-inch screen gives full entertainment in shape of either playing games or watching videos on it. The latest OS is another benefit of using this device as most of the mid-range devices come with older versions of Android OS preferable Jelly Beans. Camera department has also been improved here and produces good quality pics which are hardly seen in most of the mid-range devices. Karbonn Titanium S9 is another mediocre device but it has Android Jelly Beans as an OS. This is also available in multiple colors.
