The Xolo Q710s is a budget friendly 1.3GHz quad-core phone loaded with Android 4.4.2Kitkat. The dual-sim phone is affordable. The phone is decently priced and is loaded with some quality hardware for the price it is offered at. At its range, Q710s is the best phone available in the Indian market. However if someone is ready to shelve another 3k, they can get their hands on a Redmi which is the cheapest 4G supported phone. The advantage of Redmi is also that the phone sports a 3200 mAh battery which lasts more than 50% longer than the Q710s.
