Lava Iris Fuel 60 Mobile Price in India
Almost all smartphone manufacturing companies are now giving full attention to the issues related to the battery life of smartphones especially with Android based smartphone. Sony has been able to squeeze out the battery life in its product Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact. Gionee also managed to do so in its product Marathon M3 by providing 5000 mAh battery. Following the similar trend, Lava also put its role by releasing Iris Fuel 60 which is the second smartphone in Fuel series after release of Iris Fuel 50. Lava has given 4000 mAh battery to this device which though is not big as found in Marathon M3 but it is big though comparing other devices.

Design and Quality
Due to the heavy battery this device has gone little chunky. The back of the phone has matte finish making it convenient to hold the device. Around the screen, there are bezels of normal size at the front. The screen is little recessed and its edges are raised but raised edges don’t look bad at all. There is a row of touchscreen button at the bottom of the screen which is back lit also and allows in the navigation in the whole device. Above the display is the front facing camera and an earpiece. Towards the right hand side is the volume rocker and the power button. The buttons are little flush thus requires little effort to press them in order to see some response of the device and one can easily get press the volume rocker while wishing to press the power button. The back of the device is made up of plastic and can be easily removed. The batter under back cover is non-removable along with battery there are other options as well under back cover including normal size SIM card slots and a microSD card slot.
OS and Tech
The device is being stocked up with Android v4.4.2 KitKat with very little customization being provided to the user. It has Gesture Play mode allowing user to wave hand in front of the light sensor to activate few functions like pictures scrolling and music playing etc. The OS is latest enough to provide smooth functioning of the device and quick set of multitasking.
Camera and Multimedia
Both the front and the back cameras are quite ordinary here. The back camera works fine under normal light but photography under low light is useless producing lots of noise in pictures. The normal light photography even doesn’t bring the real picture quality and clearance. The video recording is though better than photography but only if the device is held still but once the hand gets shaky, the videos also get shaky. The front camera is also normal and not of good quality. Both the cameras can only be used for usual images only not for special photography experience.
Battery and Memory
4000mAh battery is an awesome addition from Iris as it provides up to 32hrs of talk time very easily as per the claims of the company. This battery is capable enough to let the phone working for more than a day for even few days under moderate to little heavy use which is indeed an excellent battery performance and this is possible under the full brightness of the screen and full 3G on. The 1GB of RAM is quite normal while the extendable memory is good addition here.
Pros and Cons
For Pros:
· Heavy battery
· Good screen quality
· Latest OS
For Cons:
· Average design
· Average camera
Verdict
This is a good budget handset for those people who don’t like to charge their phone daily. At affordable price, it delivers very good features, excellent battery life and latest OS. The only disappointing feature here is the sluggish design and very normal camera. If someone even wishes to have good device as compared to this one, then the best options would be Gionee Marathon M3 which carries 5000mAh battery but little higher in price than this one.
