Intex ATOM Mobile Price in India
Much like the Intex Nano 2X, Intex Atom aims at providing the market with an extremely small mobile solution. This one is ever smaller than the Nano 2X, and therefore costs even less money. This phone is manufactured by Intex, one of the largest phone manufacturers in India. They often aim their phones at people who are looking for entry into the mobile market. Because of this, their phones are usually low cost and have nothing more than core functionality.
Features and Specifications
Thankfully, this phone can support dual SIM cards (GSM + GSM), which is impressive considering its small size. The display relies on TFT technology, has a size of 1.8 inches, a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels, and can display 128 RGB colors. The screen is admittedly extremely poor, but it does the job. With a proprietary OS, you will only be getting the basic telephone functionality with very few additional software features. The capacity of the battery is 1000mAh, which is impressive considering that it keeps up with the Intel Nano 2X regardless of its smaller size. The internal memory is a mere 34.5KB, but you can always expand this by up to 32GB with a microSD card. The camera is very poor, with a QVGA resolution; it delivers a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The connectivity of this phone is OK, with support for 2G, GPRS, Edge, WAP, and Bluetooth. There are some additional software features on this phone such as the Intex Zone, games, alarm clock, calendar, and calculator.
Design and Quality
Nothing excited is presented in this design. It is just a full black phone with no special design features. The most exciting thing about this design is how small it is. The Intex ATOM is extremely small, and comes in one of the smallest packages possible. It is probably one of the most affordable, smallest mobile phone packages on the market which is actually practical to use. This is in and of itself an interesting design feature.
OS and Tech
The proprietary OS will give you software functionality which includes texting, calling, light browsing, gaming, etc. It is a pretty nice OS which will give you the core phone features and then some.
Camera and Multimedia
Intex likes to skimp on their cameras, and this phone is no exception. Instead of providing a 1MP or a VGA camera, this phone has a QVGA resolution. It’s pretty bad to say the least. You can expect to take some very blurry and grainy pictures with this. On the bright side, at least they included a camera with the phone at all. There is support for multimedia, but the experience is probably going to be bad. Although the phone supports music and video playback and an FM radio, the screen is so bad that it would be uncomfortable to watch videos on it.
Battery and Memory
The battery is pretty impressive in this phone considering its small size. It has a 1000mAh battery with a rated talk time of 7 hours, and a standby time of 160 hours. If you like low maintenance phones, this is the best option, as it will definitely be able to last a day or two without needing a charge. With a memory of 34.5KB, the memory is nothing impressive, but you will be able to store some camera photos on it at least. If you would like to put some multimedia on this phone, you will need to insert a microSD card, with a maximum expandability of 32 GB.
Pros and Cons
For Pros:
· Great battery capacity
· Very competitive price
· Extremely small design
· Dual SIM card support

For Cons:

Verdict
The Intex ATOM is really aimed towards people who like small phones. If you don’t like small phones, this isn’t for you. Aside from that, this phone is great for budget-oriented people who are looking for a basic mobile phone solution with a low cost of entry.
