The phone is available in very attractive colors which are Black and White Golden. It comes under phablet for having 5inch screen with FWVGA resolution. The back camera is 5MP equipped with a single LED light and autofocus feature while the front one is 2MP for the purpose of selfies and the video calls. The power this device acquires is from 1.2GHz Quad-core processor along with 1GB RAM. The onboard storage is 8MP which is further expanded up to 32GB with the use of microSD card. Just like a recent device Lava Iris 465, this smartphone also supports 21 different languages. The OS support in this handset is of Android v4.4.4 KitKat and the connectivity options are also handful like Hotspot, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The battery is 1850mAh.

Design and Quality

The device is made up of low quality plastic with mate finish back providing a perfect grip and comfortable to hold. The back of the phone has the rear camera with an LED light and towards the bottom is the speaker. The front of the device is all glass and the top of the screen lies the front facing camera, sensor and the primary speaker while the bottom of the screen has the three navigation touchscreen keys. The edges are beautifully curved. The left hand side carries the volume rocker while the power button lies on the right hand side. The top of the device carries the 3.5mm headset jack and the microUSB port. The back cover hides the battery and dual SIM slots and a microSD card slot.

OS and Tech

Latest OS has been used in this mid-range device. KitKat version of Android OS gives a very fast performance along with quick multitasking. This is not a surprise that a device under very much affordable range is carrying a very latest OS. 1GB RAM is also good enough to provide good support to the OS.

Camera and Multimedia

Since this is a mid-range device so the expectations from it are not very high as far as performance of different features are concerned. The rear camera is not bad but it does compromises over quality of the images it takes. The images taken are turned out to be though not bad but not good either. The flash light works nice but it doesn’t provide complete support to the camera since the camera lacks the basic functionalities to take quality images. The videos can also be recorded by it which is of presentable form. The front camera works for the selfies at the compromise of the quality.

Battery and Memory

The battery in this device is though less but it can easily keep the phone alive for whole day. The screen since is not full HD so this much battery is quite enough for the handset. The good thing is that battery is removable so user can easily replace the used or discharged battery with some good one. The RAM works fine as expected being even 1GB while the internal storage is also good with the expansion option which is for sure grab the attention of the users.

Karbonn has always tried to release devices which are in approach of every person and this is another step in the same direction. Release of Titanium Dazzle will be received with surprise by the mass of users for the price it has been released at. This handset carried almost everything which is required in any smartphone though one has to compromise over the performance and quality but this is not at all a bad choice. It can give a good competition to devices like Sony Xperia range which are at high prices than this one. Since, this is a new handset so users need to experience it before making any final verdict about its performance but overall this is a good release from the company especially for the Indian markets where mostly people don’t prefer high-end devices for very high prices.
