Mitashi is not a company specifically known for producing cell phones. Their expertise lies in DVDs and television sets which is a good introduction to the company. When talking about phones they have built a something that is both a phone and a tablet. They call it a phablet. It was released in February 2015 and has some good, some average and some below average features. But the phone is something new as it can be used as both a phone and a tablet.

Features and Specifications:

Mitashi AP105 is a dual SIM cell phone. It also has the features of a tablet. It connects on 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi and has a powerful Android KitKat OS. It uses a good processor that makes things run smoothly. The camera is not up to the mark as it is only 5 MP and the internal storage is 8 GB. It is also available in only one color and design.

Design and Quality:

The phablet has a good size. The design is decent and typical of tablets or smart phones with dimensions 168 x 88 x 9.9 mm. The screen is 6 inches diagonally with good resolutions.

It is only available in one color that is white and has curved edges. The touch screen is IPS LCD capacitive. The pixel resolution for the screen is 540 x 960 pixels which are good for display and the picture quality is nice.

OS and Tech:

The operating system they are using is Android version 4.4 which is the KitKat. It is a very good and famous OS and performs well. It uses the 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU which is also a good processor to have.

A good feature is that it has similar functions available for both SIMs. Both of them have GPS ad 3G enable. The phablet also has dual-mode and standby.

It allows 2G connectivity, 3G, Wi-Fi and USB connections. On top of them Bluetooth, GPS, a GPS and micro-USB can also be used on Mitashi AP105.

Camera and Multimedia:

The pixels and displays are good. The phone is made to also work as a tablet thus it has games and other good applications. There are speakers and 3.5 audio jacks with FM.

The camera quality is not that good as the front camera is only 0.3 MP. The videos recorded are a VGA format. The rear camera has duel LED flash and is of 5 MP.

Although the idea of having a phone and a tablet in the same device is very good there are other models of other companies that have same features. MA016 is a good competitor hat has better specifications.

The choice depends upon buyers as there are many smart phones that are just smart phones but have better CPU and storage options. Also there are many tablets that have better display. But this device has two SIM options that can be used simultaneously. It has good battery which could easily last for long periods of time.

Users should definitely go for it if they are not using heavy applications and just want to enjoy having a phone that allows them to play games and enjoy simple tablet options.

The response so far has been good and it has some good reviews while some features are better in other models that were introduced during the same time.
