The cost has affected the design and quality of the phone. It comes in only a white colour variant. It has 3 capacitive touch buttons at the bottom of the screen. The phone is rectangular with all the 4 corners curved. The volume rockers are on the left panel towards the top and the power button on the left. It has a flat back panel made out of plastic. The feel of the phone is not that great and the panel just feels poorly designed.

This phone runs the Android KitKat OS. This is one of the good features because the KitKat is one of the recent Versions of Android and has been optimised to make the best use of existing hardware on a phone. The OS also plays a part in reducing the pressure put upon the small amount of RAM on this device. It comes inbuilt with a document viewer and a few games. It also supports 3G network.
Camera and Multimedia
The Ultrafone has a 3.2 MP primary back camera. It is a very low resolution compared to the camera on other lower range phones like the Micromax Bolt A67. This camera is capable of recording HD video but the clarity of which is inferior. This phone also has a 2 MP front camera which has a decent clarity for selfie but creates a lot of grains when pictures are taken. It has a 5 inch screen with 480 x 854 pixels display. It comes with a built in audio and video player.
Battery and Memory
The battery on the Ultrafone is average compared to the features on the phone. This phone houses a 2100 mAh Battery which might last only a few hours on full usage. The phone has a RAM of 512 MB, which is good enough for performing simple tasks like e-mails, document writing, reading articles or browsing the net. But it will not be able to run many graphic intensive games, however simple games like flappy bird, free flow, etc. which does not require a lot of memory will work fine. The Ultrafone comes with a 4 GB of internal storage and is expandable up to 32 GB.
